----Upgraded Website Launching November 6th, 2009---- You may have heard on our Facebook page, that we were busy at work upgrading our website. The new version is almost ready to launch, and we wanted to update you on how the site has changed. The overall look of the website has been modernized, and the navigation made easier. The Forum and Chat have been removed, to focus more on the profiles and promotion of art rather than the social networking aspect, since that happens mostly on our Facebook, Twitter and MySpace exchanges. We hope that by upgrading the website, we will be able to better serve the needs of the artists, galleries and art appreciators participating of our programs. We tried to make the transition as seamless as possible, but as with every data integration, after a long time spent entering data manually, we will need your help updating some info. The following fields in your profile might need to be updated, please login, go to "My Profile" --> and update these if needed: -Profile Picture
-City/State
-Country
-Date of Birth Artist Bios were manually transferred, as well as First and Last Names.
All content items such as blogs, articles and writing were automatically tranferred. -Pictures uploaded after October 25, 2009 might need to be uploaded again.
-Profiles created after October 25, 2009 might need to register again. We apologize for any inconveniences these changes may cause you, but we hope your overall experience on WAN improves greatly with this new and more effective design. Please keep in mind changes won't take place until November 6. Wait to upload new images until then, so that you don't have to do it again later. We look forward to your comments once the upgrade is complete. We hope you enjoy it and please let us know if you find any errors.
